Keep Waters or go Hargraves + cash

I had enough cash to upgrade Hargrave to Waters but it leaves me with $15,200 in the bank should i go back down to Hargraves or stick with Waters
current fairly risky backs

Scotland,Deledio,Broughton,Hanely,Waters,Malceski,Ellis (Morris,Bugg)

really like the backline how it stands i think waters to hargreaves would be a really bad move.

i think i`m just worried about starting the season with minimal cash where as last year i had $100k ready for my upgrades.

you dont earn interest of money in the bank so spend it, im down to 5k and im trying to reduce that, last season i think i had $200
