whats everyones thoughts on the porps? cheap as chips.

big IF but if he doesnt do his shoulder in his 1st 6-8 games he should make enough cash and score 60-90?

or am i better of upgrading to say dangerfield and downgrading a prem defender suckling to say a Waters?

fwds: buddy fyfe cloke martin gray (porps) smith (kennedy dickson)

backs: god shaw suckling duffield hargraves clarke ellis  (bugg morris)

cheers

i think its worth taking a risk on porplyzia

IF he doesnt get injured, then he will be great value prob averaging around 70s - 80s ?

Jimbo_11

yeh he will avg around 70-80 with the occaisional ton when he kicks a bag, could be a useful midpricer will probably make 100-200k before you offload him and he has had a great preseason but he is a little injury prone and has those games where he just wont see the ball at all

Artax

I am pretty confident in him

well  even if he averages the same as a rookie,, i think the extra 100k for the better JS is just worth it.
and if he does what u hope he will do around the high 70's-low 80's then you have yourself a solid F7 come seasons end or trade him up to a fallen premium after the byes..
if he gets an injury (and lets face it, could happen to any player)  well then you just trade him out..
i think the pros outway the cons

Im either going him or Lynch, last minute decision. What do you think? I've had porpez in the whole time but now have moved some players around and can afford Lynch. Really unsure what to do at this late stage. Lynch's JS isn't a question is it?

Artax

It's not in question yet but a bad game is more likely to see him dropped than Porpz

i think Props will do well with the easier opponents we are playing first up, however you just never know with that shoulder. one player everyone is overlooking is callinan. the guys is such a smart player and has a keen eye for goal, loves to tackle and wanders up the ground a bit to find the ball. was struck down very unluckily with random injuries last year. priced 10k more expensive it think he is a safer bet. will play every game as well, as crows need a small forward.

on a side note it hunk lynch may struggle to fit into the side and may cop the vest :\

At his price it really isnt an outlandish risk. If he goes pearshaped it will cost 1 trade as a downgrade :-X
