I've managed find enough money to upgrade Jacobs to Cox, worth it do you reckon?

I've decided that it's worth it. I'm going 1 premo 3 rookies for my rucks at the moment so I want the best. I've still got the option of pairing him with someone decent, but I'd prefer McEvoy over Jacobs as Jacobs has been underwhelming in the pre-season thus far.
