Field Old Mac or Magner?

So... I have my final midfield spot to fill, and I think Magner will score higher than old macdonald, but without knowing what could happen between now and next week (when melbourne play), and the fact that I have to lock old mac into a spot by saturday, Is it better to take the safe option and field old mac?
I'm just worried that magner could be the sub, not get named, or god forbid, get injured. If I bench old mac this week, then i'll have to field another rookie next week.
Thoughts?

I had a similar dilemma, but mine was working out how to take out old mac when I saw that shiel was named. Anyway unless you want to risk having to move magnet out of your team next week if he doesn't make the team, I would play with old mac. He will get you a safe 70 or 80 and you can keep magnet in and play him when you have the guarantee of him actually starting on the field.

That's what I was initially leaning towards. Just wanted to see what others thought.

thats my plan, so if magnet doesnt play at least there is an assurance of a score

Old Mac will ton up on Sat. GWS need someone to step up and get shower done, he will be the man and punish all those doubters with a big score.

I started magner if he doesnt play r1 i might make him the captian if my VC smashes it.
