Mids are - Gaz, Murphy, Selwood, Watson coniglio? shiel (ledger, magner).

Is coniglio too pricey as a 5th mid? I have gone the 1-3 ruck strategy, so have that cash to spend but having recently slotted in Coniglio, it puts me $1k short of getting Mohr down back (did have Darley and also considering Hombsch)

Do i just leave Hombsch in even though I would prefer Mohr? Or look at a cheaper rookie for mid 5? Hoskin Elliot?

Cheers guys!

Nope stick with it. Coniglio is a gun and Hombsch will be pretty good IMO

I have put in Elliot since i seen Coniglio was named in the forwards

Hadn't thought of Swan, will think on that although I jumped off Gaz last year and regretted it. Have managed to get Mohr back in by trading out Pfeiffer up fwd for Kerridge. Also gives me the cash to get broughton instead of adcock down back. Am liking this but not sure about Kerridge, vest material anyone else think?

This brings up an interesting question. So assuming I go with my solution I said Pfeiffer -> Kerridge to free up cash. Does anyone think that Hombsch is a better option than Bugg? Have Bugg down back at the moment but with a lot of teams (myself included) having the Bugg, Ellis, Morris combo, could be good to have Hombsch instead?

why not wait until next week and select someone else? no point taking mohr or hombsch just because they're named this weekend to play. overall, gws are going to get pumped week in, week out with the opposition team taking a lionshare of the points and there's nothing to suggest mohr or hombsch are going to make you a lot of money. add in the fact that given the size of gws' current list, there will be a lot of players in and out of the team giving others the chance to show what they can do. this includes darley as we've just seen!
