Not a positive nor a negative, more like a thought bubble...

It seems that so far this season the Pies have tried to play more through the corridor than under Malthouse. How will this effect Swan's output - and more importantly, what will it do to Pendlebury's?

Collingwood have been actively looking to hit up Pendelbury when bringing the ball out of the defensive 50 so that he can target one of the Pies' running midfielders as they move through the corridor.

Less time near the boundary means fewer stoppages - does that equate to less of those sneaky one-two's that Swan and his owners love?

I've watched a few of the Pies games (and listened to the talking heads on SEN) this preseason, so I guess its a little more than idle speculation but feel free to dispute this (with actual facts whatlez  ;))!

Yeah with Collingwood playing a different style of footy, they say they are not playing as well with a all of sudden change of game plan. Therefore, hopefully Swan showers, but Pendles, Shaw and Sidebottom don't haha.

I want Swan but his extra 50k than other premium mids is the difference between Pavlich and Gray...
