Fantasy footy is almost here
The heart is pumping
Don't want to cop a thumping

The work is done, your team is picked
Will it be good enough to have them licked
Ive looked hard at every line
Its ok mate it'll be fine

I sit and think about the rest
Cause in Fan Footy you gotta beat the best
Its all about pride
There's nowhere to hide
Everyone can see your side

Your Leagues look like killers
Their gunna be thrillers
Gun coaches everywhere
At the league page you sit and stare
Dream of winning if you dare !!!

The butterflies are coming
You can hear your belly humming
Lockout is near
The time we fear
My rookies must be right
If i'm gonna put up a fight

A few more sleeps
And its on for keeps
2012 will be a test
If your gonna beat the rest
In a year
With byes we fear
That may cost us all very dear

At the Footy God i place my trust
For your help is a must
I will be fighting against all ages
