will we know final teams before 1st lockout? (LONG 1st round!)

we're waiting to hear what the final teams are to finalise our Sc teams, but it's such a long first round (over two weekends)... Does that mean we'll only know the two sydney teams before lockout??? Are we gonna be flying blind?
Or is it only partial lockout?
