I just can't work out why he isn't in any teams? He is in a great team, gets midfield exposure and is a proven goal kicker. At a good price of $433, 200 why isn't he seen in many teams?

because there's so many other better hawthorn players that it's gonna make it had for him to score. plus for his price you can spend a little extra and get a more consistent scorer

I noticed a few run with 'tagging' type roles last year and this has put me off.

He is silky smooth though, isn't he.

DPP would be more of a hook if he didn't share his bye with every other decent defender apart from Heater.

True, a run with role could and probably will produce lower scores. If he is set free on a forward/back flank hopefully can average above 90

What's the point in getting him though? You aim to have all your midfielders averaging 110+ by season end. Burgoyne won't average that. SO downgrade to a rookie or find the extra cash for the premium.

I think pple mean have him in def. If he was a mid only no1 would be talking bout him.

Yeah true, kind of forgot he was a defender. Still i won't take birchall and suckling over him..
