Mid Priced ruck + Rookie fwd VS Rookie ruck and Sidebottom Fwd

Which is the better option. Had Kreuzer in the ruck but now unsure as he hasnt played of late. Could do big things or could fold. Considering the rookie ruck strategy to go along with Cox, which would leave me able to upgrade like a Zorko or whoever isnt picked fwd to sidebottom as he is around the same price. Which is better?
