Port Adelaide have played alot better than i expected so far. Did well in the two half games against the Crows and Carlton, then went down to a West Coast side by only 5 points, a side containing Lynch, Priddis, Cox, Kerr, Glass and we were missing some of our core players: K.Cornes, Carlile, Trengove, Boak. We then beat a Freo side down at Victor Harbor, and finished off the pre-season with a convincing win over the Demons.

Most of our players have shown a good game or two, and despite our ruckmen going down un-tried giant Jarrad Redden showed why he deserves to play some AFL.

I really hope we can show some of this form during the AFL season, it may not give us alot more wins, but at least it will keep the losing margins down. We have played some good pre-seasons before, and it hasn't shown, i hope this is the year it dies. :)

I think PB is referring to the lay down attitude that crept into Power games last year  :-\

All true footy followers want to see the Spirit of Alberton fight to the death in ALL games. It is that spirit, courage and creed that has seen them become THE most successful club in Australia and as a footy follower (as much as I despise them) I want to see them fight to the end....the bitter end  :D
