All of these teams are starting to look the same - though if I had to comment i'd say your rucks are well below par in comparison to the pack.

Backs: Look very solid. Ididn't morris in the richmond team for the nab cup match.
Mids: No Problems here either
Rucks: You need 1 top ruckmen e.g Cox,Mumford
Fwds: Look at getting Dangerfield into that deam instead of either Martin or NROO if you downgrade Martin the extra 100000 can be used to upgrade Kreuzer.

Overall This team has enough talent to keep it competitive. Just make sure your rookies are in the  the starting 21 and just hope that they are not subs. I rate your team a 7,5/10
