QuoteFREMANTLE coach Ross Lyon is preparing to unveil a three-pronged tall forward line against Port Adelaide on Saturday, with the new structure likely to be implemented for the start of the 2012 season.

Did he actually say what the 3 pronged attack would be?

Obviously one is Pavlich

but which 2 of Bradley, Anthony and Mayne?

Cicjose

Its Pavlich Bradley and Clarke

valkorum

He hasnt said yet, it could be a number of options

Pav, Kep, Zac
Pav, Kep, Jack
Pav, Jack, Zac
Pav, SCOS, Kep
Pav, SCOS, Jack
Pav, SCOS, Zac

Either way the only given is that Pav will be in that lineup :)

Yes Silvagni

He was training with the forward group before his setback.  I remember reading an article in the last few weeks that talked about Silvagni possibly playing up forward.  I remember it cos I found it strange cos I really rate Silvagni as a key defender.

TheMailman

Well what 3 pronged attack would you guys (and any freo supporters) like to see

I'm curious on how they'll bounce back this year

T Dog

Keplar, Pav and Clarke. A defence nightmare if they all fire. Depends if Pav is looked at as first option each time. Running rebounding defenders are handy but not if the ball doesnt hit the ground. A kick it in long, mark, goal strategy on the dry ground at perth may work

valkorum

I think it should be Pav, Clarke and Kep.  Kep deserves his chance because at the beginning of last year he was in the race for the Coleman.  Injury curtailed his season.  Clarke can be anything and I think he just needs more time at AFL level.

Pav is Pav

TheMailman

Was Bradley actually in the running for Coleman?

How long for?

Cicjose

He had 20 goals by the halfway stage of the season including 11 from the first 5 games

i believe he was in the top 5 for the coleman after the first 5 games

i cant find the leader board for after each round tho
