Hey guys, this is my first time making a dream team and at the moment I was just trying to get some possible young talent that will rise up in price but if there’s any changes that should be made or if my team isn’t strong in certain areas please let me know.

Just keep in mind that you asked me to be honest...

Patton - injured and won't play until mid season, get rid of him.
Kennedy - Much better options would be Sidebottom, Martin or Christensen
Tippett - See above comment
Gunston - As a Hawk fan I'm excited, as a DT coach I am not. Avoid.
Walsh - Hasn't done anything to impress this pre season, a better option is Devon Smith.
Hamling - Wont get games unless half of Geelong gets food poisoning or something. Pick another rookie.
Gorringe - A Spud. Might get some more games this year but Stephenson and Redden appear to be better options
Longer - See above comment
Hartlett - Promising player but you want someone stronger for a 3rd mid spot.
Barlow - Question marks about his fitness/recover post the serious injury. Avoid.
Dangerfield - A possible forward option but not the right choice for your mids. Replace Tippett or Gunston with him.
Kavanagh - Better rookie options
Bartel - A champion but you need a Boyd, Pendlebury, Selwood, Mitchell, Rockliff etc. to sure up that position
Davis - Will be under the gun all year, downgrade to a rookie
B.Smith - Not enough potential, downgrade to a rookie. Some suggestions Darley, Bugg, Morris, Ellis, Wilkes
Talia - I think he could be a decent player, probably not this year. Find the cash and upgrade to a premium
J.Taylor - Upgrade him to a mid pricer like Hargrave, Lake, Howard, Grimes, Duffield
Buntine - unsighted so far, go with one of those rookies I mentioned
Hunt - No no no. Please don't do it

I know that's a lot to take in but you basically need to wipe the slate clean and start again. You need a lot less mid priced players and more premiums/rookies. Really should have at least 3 $400,000+ plus playes in each of your forward, mid and back positions, then one or maybe 2 mid priced players ($150,000 - $400,000) then the rest rookies.

That's cool. Make sure to have a look at some of the other teams that have been posted here for ideas on players and set ups.

get rid of ellis and to many mid pricers

if you want real feedback. the first feedback was good.
i can tell you now, start from scratch.

if you want to average 1800 keep that team.
midpricers arent good because youll have to waste multiple trades on them.
nic nat i dont like.. dont care what anyone says and K.Hunt may be better this year could push his average above 20 hahahaha

To be honest, that's the worst team I've seen on here for a long time, did u go automatic team selection? Do some research and study and lift!
