yes but they are the most likely to get selected to the senior list. (Nicholson is actually more likely than magner but they have 3 slots available) where as fremantle might only have 1 or none, not to sure but there was a thread about how many spots each team have available

Fremantle have zero spots on their senior list.... until Sandi goes down with a LTI in a month.  ;)
