Promoted Rookies

Just wondering if anyone can let me know when over the next few weeks clubs will promote rookies to cover LTIs and such?

no idea when they do it but so far i can tell you port can promote 1 and teh bombers 2. rookies can also be promoted i think if there are 2 veterans on the veteran list a club, think it happens like right before the first round but i really am not sure.
