Is there a possibility that Cox's price will decrease a fair bit so that he would be a cheaper upgrade target after his bye? Or should we just jump straight on him now?

And if so, who would you pick Leuenberger vs. Sandi?

Coxy is a champ and well worth every cent, but having said that he probably will come down in price. So really it comes down to when you want his point scoring ability in your team and how much you want to pay for it
