yeah your probably right, but morabito and mundy are both also looking suspect, anotehr tough year for teh dockers maybe

nathan fyfe anyone?

Colliwobblers

without re-doing an entire side, i'm thinking the mikd/fwd option can take barows spot and move to fwd line through the season in a dpp midfield upgrade.

that or gaff + 100k to spend elsewhere

JBs-Hawks

looking at hayes to take his spot but a mid/fwd could take the spot

Artax

Also thinking of dropping him for Len or saving a fortune and getting Old Macdonald

old macca would be a good cash cow for me

Well well well Barlow could become a nice little unique this year lol. I wouldn't be panicking too much about it to be honest. The pain could be something that would never even rate a mention during the season, but because it's pre season every caution is taken. He has probably put more miles into his legs during the preseason then he will in the game's. The physical nature of the game is not going to have any more effect on the pain in his leg then just running and jumping during a training session. It's not a tissue injury it will be more a compound issue.
Maybe his role is no longer as a 6th mid keeper but possibly as a cheaper option that could almost be straight swapped to a super premo down the track to be safe.
I wouldn't read to much into his intra club performance either, he was probably told to take it easy as a precaution.

I am off Barlow as I don't see him being top 6 mid and the rookies make you so much more dough.

Alarm bells are ringing for me. He probably won't make my side now regardless of what happens.

+1 well spotted cheers for that

just resting him with mundy and morabito struggling to come up for round one of the real comp there is no way they are risking Barlow. I'm not concerned so much but the seed of doubt has been planted and Barlow just joined the likes of lake and grimes....

the auto pick Barlow of 2 weeks ago I feel is now out the window and the idea of "have to have barlow incase he scores 110+ becasue everyone else will have him" no longer exists freeing everyone up to mix it up, so GOOD !
