Backs: Grimes at D3 and then Lake and Clarke.  You will be giving away points with that structure, Look at getting in another proven prem Shaw, Fisher, Suckling, Birchall etc. while upgrading a rookie.
Mids: Sound - There are a few threads on Mora which you should read prior to locking him in but may be ok.
Rucks: Can not fault
Forwards: Sound.

   3 rook mid, three rook ruck, i know...... gives good strength elsewhere though, could be a great gamble. Love some feedback

You are correct with some risks and i do not mind a couple.
Backs: Sound but you have the Grimes Lake issue which is well documented.
Mids: If going the three mids. 3 rook strategy you will need rooks that will rise in cash quickly so just ensure you pick the right ones after NAB cup.  Do not think Mora will fit that bill but caddy might.
Rucks: Standard for those going 1 prem 3 rook strategy.
Forwards Again very Sound.
