Looking for a F5 or F6 cash cow under $280k and have narrowed it down to Johno Brown and  Porplyzia(I think). Just looking for a cash grab option here preferably as soon as the bubble hits. Any thoughts on which one will givethe best cash the quickest ? Dont want any more untried players as yet and cant really have them both.
