Ok.... Im of a view that there could be some value in picking him up in round 7. My reasoning behind this view is hawks have a tough start playing Pies, Cats, Crows, Eagles (away), sydney(down in tassie) and saints. After that its easy street with Demons, Freo, Tigers, Roos, Port, Lions. After the bye they have gws then the blues. When would you get him in your team?

Gotta start imo, or upgrade after his bye. Maybe Goodes could be a unique alternative? He has an awesome run in comparison to Buddy.

I generally start with the best and upgrade to the rest...

I currently have Chappy Goodes Martin and the frenchman.

Start with Buddy Boy, I really regretted not starting him last year.....

Well we all know that Buddy is a gun but I think there is merit in holding off until round 7 before picking him. Those tough early games should see his price drop. With quite a few cheaper options in the forward line who should still score great I think its a great move.

I dont worry about 40-50k i start with the guys i know will be in the top 2 or 3 players of a position. Then i upgrade to the next best players available as soon as possible

You'd have to start him

The stronger teams really don't effect him that much

I see him destroy teams like Sydney ( >:( )  who are really good at shutting down his type.

He's the only forward I would say you'd HAVE to start

PowerBug

Collingwood (Tarrant, Ried. Tough)
Geelong (Lonergan, Taylor. Tough for all forwards)
Adelaide (No Bock, Davis, and maybe even Rutten)
Eagles (Glass, McKenzie. No Chance :P)
St.Kilda (No Dawson)

Make up your own mind, i can't choose. Ftr he isn't in my team atm.
