Gotta go 1 or 2 premiums lighter in the Mids. Id pick to of those out and then pick a mid pricer eg hayes or someone, and then a rookie. Then use the money to strengthen elsewhere. Rookie mids is where you make plenty of money, and then lots of premos always fall and you could get some of those down the track cheaper

Apparently Hodge is a bit behind so I'd downgrade him and upgrade Butcher for a better forward.

Agreed.  Possibly strengthen Rucks and forget about Majak Daw.  Barring major injuries he'll struggle to get a game as NM have a lot of talls (Petrie, Goldie, HMac).  Maybe strengthen fwd line too.
