Can you afford 4 premiums and Barlow? Which I count as 5 premiums in the mid.

I had that in my original team but decided I was robbing too much from elsewhere. Now I have Ablett, Swan, Selwood, Martin, Barlow. (But Ablett, Pendles, Selwood, Martin, Barlow in SC.)

Is Dustin Martin just about premium this year anyway? 3rd year now, mature as a kid in his first year. He could just about one of the next genuine big names this year, even with dodgy neck tatts.. what do we think about Martin? Any mail? I'm bullish!

To answer your question yes i think Martin will be a premium forward by years end.

i have barlow as 5th mid atm but i had to drop one of my premium backs to armstrong so the structure is

3 P + 1 MP + rookies
5 P + rookies
2 P + rookies
4 P + rookies

if you have 5 premiums in the mid you lose depth in other areas. You also miss out on an extra cash cow/rookie gun in the midfield(eg shiel, coniglio, pfeiffer, mcdonald and anyone else who reveals themselves in the nab cup).

I agree with mike. I have instead put the most of my money into my forward line, reasoning that 4 premium mids leaves 4 spots for gun mid rookies, which will raise more money then rookie forwards.
