New league for around 1000-2000 rank players from last yr

Hey. Last year i finished top 1% around 1300 odd ranking thanks to a few iffy trades at seasons end. I should have been a little higher I believe.This year I want to better that and crack into the top 1000 if I can.

I am looking for a league (not an "elite" league as some say) which will have other players around the same rank as me. I dont mind if you are going for league ranking or if you don't give a stuff. This year i'm after a league with a bit more of a challenge.

If no one already has a league code I will make one and post back later on.
