Random team selection league.

Hi all,

I've started up a random team selection league.  League 1 is full however league 2 has plently of room. We all spend far to much time on our priority teams in the hope of winning a league or even better cash in on the $50k.  How does selecting a team with 1 simple click of the mouse sound?  Supercoach is all about Patience, Skill and luck. The luck element is definately taken care of when you randomly select your side.  Have you got the patience and skill to steer your side to glory?

Stupid idea!
having multiple teams is cheating and will make you ineligible not only for all prizes, but also ineligible for bragging rights.

Hey Freddy,

You're entitled to that opinion and that's fine.

You're right Participants can technically only enter SuperCoach once. Under no circumstances can participants enter two or more teams in SuperCoach and if they do so they're not entitled to any prize money.  Just to make that clear.  Alot of people that enter supercoach are looking for league wins.  No harm done by entering this league I would've thought.  The probability of someone winning the $50k or the weekly prize of $1k by randomly selecting their side is pretty low I think.

Just checked out your squad mate.  I think you're safe to enter an additonal side!

I remember last year someone bragging about how they were in the top 1000, then I checked up on them to see if he was telling the truth and I found that he had made over 80 teams, and about 75 of them were outside the top 100,000. From that moment on I have held that opinion and it will never change.

Cheating is cheating, you can justify it however you like...... but its still cheating

RUCKS - Minson, McCauley, Phillips, Stephensen
FORWARDS - Chapman, Robinson, LeCras, J.Riewoldt, Varcoe, Menzel, Dennis-Lane, J.Bruce, Kerridge

Tell you what.  If I win the $50k (which we have established I technically can't) with that side I'll give you half!

For the record this is the 2nd and final team I'll enter into the Supercoach comp.  Who has time to enter 80 teams?

freddy  if you get a lower ranking by the end of the season than bens random team then maybe you should give up playing supercoach! this league is purely for fun and i dont think too many people would be threatened by random team selection teams! im in this league using my wifes team and we are doing it together so my main team is very much eligible for the prizes!!!

Agree this is a fun league with virtually no hope of winning the 50k.  For me it will be a bit of light hearted fun throughout the season to see if I can get into the top 4 of the League. (will break the intenseness involved with maintaining my main team) If you take for the fun it is meant to be no real problems.  If you look at some of the teams that have been randomly generated most will have ratings of 150,000 plus initially.
