Backs - Scotland wrong side of 30, but isn't exactly slowing down.  Long rookie tail.  Instead of Buntine you could go Smedts, save some money and DPP link to Tomlinson up forward.

Mids -  Not sure taking two returning guns is a safe bet.  Also Hayes 30+ returning the year after a knee reco is risky.  Not sure he'll be top 10 mid averages over the season (which is what you should be aiming for).  Coniglio will be a gun - but costly for a rookie.  Could replace with another non-1st round rookie who will get opportunities and save some money. 

Rucks - As a Cats supporter I'm a big fan of West, but don't think he's a keeper in SC.  Similar money gets you HMac who I think has a higher ceiling

Forwards - Not sold on Fasolo.  Folau will play key position forward in the worst team in the AFL - better options elsewhere

rd.13 will suck for you.
i would downgrade hayes and use the cash somewhere else,,, upgrade west or fwd line
OR find alittle more cash and upgrade hayes to an round 11 premium (thompson,priddis,rockliff etc.)

I think that you have too many premium midfielders in your side maybe change murphy to a rookie and then use the money left over to improve either your backline (looks like your weakest area) or forward line.
