Adcock seems to be the talking point at the moment.
I currently have Heppell but am now considering a move to Adcock.
Whats everyones thoughts?
I read somewhere that he would get extra game time in the middle with Power gone. Power was more of a half forward from memory. Will his departure really mean more for Adcock?
He is a bit injury prone in past seasons too.

Scrads

not applicable for me, as I currently have both in my team  ;)

With Power gone and Hanley getting better plus new guy Docherty (Defender) coming in it may push him further up the ground and increase his average ? . Adcock is a tad injury prone ...he has the round 11 bye.....im gonna say Go Bombers !!!

Heppell over Adcock at the moment.

picker_man

cant go wrong with either i reckon. so ive got both

2

Heppell.

Adcock went so well last year because Drummond was out so much. With Drummond back in, and Docherty coming in, Adcock has more competition as the rebounding defender.

How many games do you think he will last  2-3 maybe 4

Heppel was awesome last year for a rookie and kept getting better towards the end of the season, with the extra weight he's put on in the gym this pre-season he will only get better.

Adcock was the worst upgrade target last year. He had a boom start to the year and just failed consistently (DT wise) for the latter half. If he can be guaranteed to get consistent midfield time he's a chance to start for me but i think i'll just avoid him for someone less risky.

thats why adcock should ave more, with these two defenders coming into the team he should get unleashed into the midfield, and that means points mmmmm yum haha!!!!

I really gained knowledge from your post.

Awesome skills

So a lot of people are jumping on Heppell again for 2012?

I'd go with Adcock. Showed signs he can score heavily last year.

I'll probably have a look at Heppell come pre-season. If I see him slaying out tons I might get him.

Can't go past Heppell myself, great last year and looks fit and ready to go.

Adcock had a really good start last year (53, 112, 123, 119, 95, 91, 95, 118) before going missing for 6 weeks so may be worth having until Rd 11 then sideways trade....

Ziplock

Both are solid. Adcock for a good point of difference- had a poor run when he played over a month with a broken hand, the guy just won't stop if he can keep on going.

The drummond point doesn't really matter, seeing as he'll be injured in the first half dozen rounds anyway :P

Look @ this point of stage - "Heads or Tails"? Adcock for years, & maturity, was a great pick-up last yr, had his times, but yeah! Heppell played exceptionally well for a 1st yr defender & pumped out some great scores, looking good for 2012! â€" Who know’s! .
