Cyrus I don't understand how you and baz can be in div 4 T20 when you can both rate upwards of 170k, yet I am in div 2 and never rated more than 165k ::)

And i'm sitting 3rd in Div 3 and i've never hit 160k before :-X

I rate 180k - 185k with mainly out/out players.  Its all about the secondaries.  When my players had average secondaries I was rating around 160k, now that my secondaries are accom+ (fielding reli) my ratings have gone up 20k.

i have gone from about 135k to 180k this season  ;)

Valk is right. If you can get a well rounded player quickly you will rate a lot better. In my time away from ff I have learn a lot more about training players and roughly 1 power pop per season is what some teams go for. Pretty much all my players are spec/spec but terrible secondaries. Haven't played full strength for a bit getting experience into my u/19 nat spinner and only rating 177k. Shows importance of secondaries
