A tri-captaincy (thought that was better than 3-way :P ) between Power, Ward and Davis.

Leadership group- Scully, Palmer, Brogan, Cornes, O'hAilpin

I was hoping to see McDonald up there as well, but I guess considering he's only going to be playing this year, was a bit too much to ask :P

McDonald's basically a playing-coach yeah? That is practically in the leadership group.

Davis must have made an impression. 18 matches.....

I'd have just made Power captain. Clearly the best credentialled, and would be able to handle it.

Interesting choice of 3 co captains.  Just a thought with Davis being made a co captain is he a viable alternative to Lake both priced around $280k.

Well, the ball will spend a lot of time in the Giants defence....

Sheedy needs three Captains to handle his media blitz he will relentlessly push this year. He'll be everywhere, stirring it up, making headlines just to get a few inches (at best) in some of the NSW newspapers and slots on sports/news bulletins. Makes sense as well. It was a bit like when Barrassi went to coach Sydney, and it did work.

Power has the maturity and is a genuine leader & the others will learn, build their profile and one or both take over from Power next year.

Oh yeah, and they have to actually play football.

davis is the most inexperienced captain in 80 years lol.

davis and ward are just there to take over after power retires. It makes sense to me personally :P
