hey dose anyone know of a website that lets you get the time on ground for a player and weather they where started as sub or come off as a sub

Click on "MORE STATS" (Top right)
Click TG% (Under "Match" heading)

You can choose the match with the drop boxes at the top.

Don't think it tells you whether they were a sub for a match though, you can however, always use the fanfooty site for that:

Choose your year, find your match, and click on "Score Table"

The Green shirt icon next to a players name means they started as the sub.
The Orange shirt icon means they were subbed off. Hover your mouse over the icon to find out when.
