what i don't understand is that you cannot fully justify ablett is going to outscore pendles in 2012, both will average very similar scores and it will not make any difference who you don't choose to start with, pick your favorite of the 2 or just simply flip a coin.

I feel ablett can lift his average, i dont see pendles doing that. As others have said im worried about his bye with swanny.

For me start Ablett and upgrade to pendles after the bye

I dont think its as simple as picking your fav out of the 2, theres obviously the 22k you save and if you cn use that better elsewere,  and the byes will be a big factor you want to keep all the premo mids you have and when pendles shares his with more guns then ablett you have to take that into account
