I think Hill would be better in the midfield or half forward flank where he would be more dangerous :)

Hill has been in the midfield his entire career and gets tagged and goes missing.  If he is moved to the half back line then he can be free of that and deliver the ball to the midfield/forward line.  If he can run 15m and kick 50/55m then that make him a 70m player which is very valuable in the modern zone.

That would be silly, Hilly has too good a field kick to be wasted in the forward line.  Needs to be either in the middle/wing or off a half back where his kick can be dangerous.

Ballaz would join the midfield rotations from the forward pocket.  He rotates in to the middle and allows a midfielder to rest in the forward pocket.  Maybe create an extra goal or 2 that way.  The likes of Mundy, Barlow, Lower and Mzungu could all play in a forward pocket and force the defender to pay attention.

If I asked anyone is Mora is the same size as Pav, most would tell me to get flowered and say Pav is much bigger.
