Who is the better backline option?

Heppell
Hartlett

Heppell easily. Hartlett is very injury prone and Heppell has proven in his 1st season that he can score very consistently.

heppel may hover around his average, but hartlett has the potential to average 100. Nothing wrong with picking heppel i dont think by any means its an easy decision.

So do you think that Hartlett has more potential than Heppell? Don't you think that Heppell has the potential to average 100?

just did some stat breakdowns

Heppel 36% sub 80 scores to Hartletts 25%
Heppel 41% 90+ games to HH 56%

Heppels top scores from 22 games 108,107,102 to hartletts 124,109,106. I just feel that hartlett has the bigger ceiling heppel is pretty consistent but i dont see him producing the 120s 130s a couple of times a season yet, that are required to get close to a 100 average.

Hartlett i think can have the big games if he is fit could go above 100, last year he played 4 games and one of them was a 116.

I'd probably pick HH over Hep but with Lids, God and Scotland I'd have 4 premo backs out in rnd 13. No real way to get around it...

you will need 3 out round 12 and 4 out round 13
or vice versa to optimally make it through the byes

Hartlett has already had two seasons in the system. He averaged 88 in 2011. Heppell played his first season in 2011. He averaged 84. two extra seasons should be more of a difference than 4 points. I'm looking to go a bit risky with my backs. My top 4 backs might be Goddard, Birchall, Heppell and Waters for 2012.

I am also sitting on a smokey in my backs. 3 guns and a smokey for me.
