I'm wondering who I should upgrade Nick Lower to. He has been good for me this year but his time has come. I have 4 trades left and 75k and will perform a downgrade this week so money is not an issue. Currently my defenders are:

Goddard, Deledio, Heppell, Fisher, Suckling, Broughton, LOWER (Gibbs, Thompson, Toy (e))
