Pretty sure Bryce Gibbs doesn't play for Geelong...

I suspect there's an identical thread in existence on the AFL board

Post the team who you guys think will there by the end of the year.

I'll start:

B:    Leon Davis (Collingwood)    Ben Reid (Collingwood)    Luke McPharlin (Fremantle)

HB:    Brett Deledio (Richmond)    Bryce Gibbs (Carlton)    Matt Suckling (Hawthorn)

righto mate
if ben ried makes that team then the nominations are cleary done by Eddie
also this is cleary a fantasy footy biased team and not a real all australian

no other eagle deserves to - hurn maybe on HBF, kennedy at a pinch in FP, but minus his 10 goals his season has been ok. the evenness has probably been the eagles strength.

unceramonius

browny, a MASSIVE reason eagirls are top 4 is their severly soft draw ALL season. they play all last years top 8 teams ONLY ONCE , except the mighty bulldogs.

and while the eagirls play another bottom team, carlton/hawks/pies/cats, all play each other while eagirls get gifted a top 4 birth.

are they better than last year? sure. but genuine top 4? lolololololololol.

thank the draw. he also has only one cat in his team...you know the team who started 13-0?

some questionable choices there like how does gibbs start at chb??? and tall mcpharlin in the back pocket
Ben Reid?? surely there are better full backs out there. even alipate carlile or ben rutten from the worst teams in league would be better there. And three midfielders on bench??? seems a bit of a fantasy team

B:    Chris Yarran (Carlton)                    Darren Glass (West Coast)            Josh Gibson (Hawthorn)

HB:    Brett Deledio (Richmond)              Sam Fisher (St.Kilda)                   Grant Birchall (Hawthorn)

C:             Scott Pendlebury (Collingwood)     Dane Swan (Collingwood)            Gary Ablett Jnr (Gold Coast)

HF:    Nathan Fyfe (Fremantle)     Lance Franklin (Hawthorn)    Adam Goodes (Sydney)

F:    Josh Kennedy (West Coast)   Travis Cloke (Collingwood)    Steve Johnson (Geelong)

Foll:    Dean Cox (West Coast)    Matthew Boyd (Western Bulldogs)  Chris Judd (Carlton)

Int:    Todd Goldstein (North Melbourne)  Corey Enright (Geelong)  Nick Dal Santo (St.Kilda) Paul Chapman (Geelong) (sub)

Ablett as captain as he has shown that he is a quality captain at gold coast and cant go past judd for vice. Birchall slots in at hbf ahead of enright because of consistency and how he fits into hawthorns game plan. Chris yarran ahead of neon leon as he has made his role in defence his own and provides nearly all of cartlons attacking run.
