To trade or not to trade this week

I have resisted urge to trade and have sat on 2 trades for about 5 weeks now.  Result I went to 3rd in league (joint second on %).  Question is do I trade this week and if so any recommendations. 2 trades left with $67k
Team as it would stand this week taking into consideration Norths Bye
B: Gibbs, Goddard, Fisher, Delidio, Lower, Adcock, Scarlet (Stanley, Hibberd, Talia)
M: Ablett,Swan, Pendles, Priddis, Hodge, Cotchin (Bolton, Jacobs, Helbig)
R: Cox, Ottens (Petrie, McAuley)
F: Pavlich, Fyfe, Goodes, Franklin, N Roo, Sylvia, Mzungu (Tapscott, Dixon Joel Tippett)

Was thinking of these trades thoughts.
Option 1 as POD
Scarlet/Stanley to Nicoski
Bolton to Barlow (Freo)

Option 2
Hibberd to Rookie (Andreoli)
Tapscott to Cloke/ Leon Davis

Option 3
Tapscott to Didak
Scarlett to Suckling/Bob Murphy or Stanley to Birchall

I think if you can sit it out that's better for overall.

Looks like you want the league win though - check the opponent's team carefully and decide from there what you need to do - ie. who to match/cover and what player/s you need to beat.

With Scarlet now out for 2 weeks is it worth using one of the trades now. Coverage with Stanley may be OK for 2 weeks v Brisbane and Adelaide.  Thoughts welcome.

which is the most important league, and what does your opponent team look like.  how strong are the teams in 5-8th, are you comfortable going against them in worst comes to worst?

Don't trade Stanley & Lower they will be very important.

Don't grab Didak either lol!.

If you can hold your trades then that is the best move.  a lot will be dependent on your opposition, and whether you are comfortable about going into the geelong bye (2nd round)

If I loose I may have trouble with one Team if he wins (no Geelong Players but at the moment my prems are better than his) but the other Team also has 3 Geelong Players, So will not trade this week,

Would you trade Sylvia if not named this week or next week?

i reckon sylvia should be named.  in the event that he isn't you definitely need to sideways trade

sylvia or one of cotchin/bolton.

might be more value getting rid of one of the mids for ROK.

or you can try the 2nd round option and save the trade.

You've got him.  Wouldn't trade even if Sylvia isn't named.   If not hopefully tapscott can cover.

Having a look at his team, it wouldn't surprise me if he has zero trades.

Nail the captaincy.  Personally im going juddy again.

With Ablett still under an injury cloud would you take the conservative route and go Swan, He usually has Judd as Capt. so I will need to nail it.
