Maybe instead of having Tasmania, have Hobart. Because theres not team called queensland or western australia or victoria thats all domestic cricket stuff.

Hobart sounds better as it blends in

I would argue that West Coast essentially refers to the entirety of Western Australia.

However, more importantly, but naming the team Hobart you immediately alienate the northern half of Tassie, namely Launceston. There is a fierce rivalry between the two halves of Tassie and losing a good chunk of what is a small market to begin with would be suicide for a new franchise.
