4 trades left and only 5k in bank

hey all.
Im quite happy with my team, apart from the likes of Duffield and JRoo, but ive hit a bit of a wall.
Im not sure how i should use my last 4 trades for the remainder of the year.Ive only got 5k in the bank. My squad is

Gibbs, Goddard, Fisher, Deledio, Enright, Duffield, Lower, Puopolo, L Thompson, McKernan
Pendles, Judd, Ablett, Swan, Cross, Montagna, Heppel, Jacobs, Callinan
Cox, Griffin, Smith, Keeffe
Booma, Buddy, Goodes, Sylvia, Stevie J, Chapman, JRoo, Darling, Mzungu, Howe

With pretty much no money in the bank, its hard to work out my next moves and do upgrades. I wanna get rid of Duffield, but seeing as he will be below 300k next week, i couldnt get anyone decent in return. Im thinking of next week trading Lower for Hurn due to his break even being high this week??
That will get me around 20k.
Should i downgrade Griffin in my rucks, make some money here and play cox and Smith for the remainder of the year?
Im happy with my midfield, so i dont think thats changing.
Im sitting top 4 in my 3 main leagues, and cant drop below come finals. Im ranked just inside the top 10,000 overall, but thats not really worrying me, although i cant afford to have low score weeks as im in a league thats worth $$$ if u score the most points. Im about 300 points above 2nd place and i wanna stay there.

What should do with this squad people. Remember 4 trades, 5k in the bank. Your ideas will be greatly appreciated  :)

If you think you can win with the Smith/Cox combo and pick up points elsewhere to cover then do the downgrade. I would look at upgrading Heppell to Fyfe/ROK/Pavlic in mids so that you can switch to cover byse of Johnson and Chapman should you not win first final. Also covers Judd in prelim fnal as well. You could play forward by sitching with Mzungu as well and then using J Roo as your F8.
Leaving 2 trades one of which to sort out backs. Maybe you will have enough cash left to go Duffield to Adcock.

I like that idea Ringo. Out of those 3 u mentioned, i would prefer Fyfe. Ive had ROK the previous 2 years, and he burnt me both times. I know his had a good year, but his one i wont chance it with again.
I would prefer though to sort out my backs b4 i do the Fyfe upgrade, but ill suss out teams cash, break evens and that later this week. See how its all looking.

other option is could downgrade Duffman to free up cash for your fwd upgrade like Ringo suggested ...
you'll want to cover Harvey's bye in your fwd-line too ...

go duffield--->andreoli  than swap andreoli over with heppell (heppell should be on the ground in the backs)
upgrade darling---> top premium (fyfe is good)

not sure how much cash you'll have left, but if can go griffen--->best ruck possible(maybe mumford)
if ya gunna burn all your trades off, u better have a bench that are actully playing
