They record which house the forms go to :) Unlikely they'll police it unless heaps of people don't do it.... BUT DO IT

Ossie, one of your employer's presumably sub-contractors provided me with only half of my ecensus code. As I was attempting to log in on Tuesday night with my young daughter (thus promoting the cause to the next generation  ;)) I was of course unable to log in.

I have subsequently been reissued a new code and will complete on the weekend to ensure you have a complete as possible set of National statistics to work with over the coming decade.

Saw on the news on Tuesday night that you get a $110 fine for every day you don't do it. Although don't know how they could police that as you said!
