Hi all, I think I have a fairly strong team on paper yet the team are underperforming. I have 6 trades and 42K in the bank. Where do you think I can improve? I'm going for my league win, not overall.

Brought in Rawlings    for Buckley last Friday morning to 'complete' my back 7 and then found out about Shaw. Might bring in Fisher for Shaw next week, after another price drop for him this week.

Also thinking of upgrading Stanton to either Pendelbury or Ablett (though Stanton has found form the last few weeks but has the bye in the last round). Happy with Scully as 7th premium mid if he's over his knee injury and can cover byes for Boyd and Selwood in coming weeks.

Brought in Jacobs for Sandilands last week as he's unique and has a good run home. Need Rioli to stay on the park, though Alex Johnson is an ok swing man to cover McKernan's unjustified position in the team.

Your thoughts on the below stars are appreciated!

B: Gibbs, Lids, Suckling, Goddard, Enright, Rawlings, Lower (Shaw, Alex Johnson, Toy)

M: Boyd, Swan, Mitchell, Thomas, Selwood, Stanton (Scully, Hibberd, Callinan)

R: Cox, Jacobs (Vardy, N/A!!)

F: Buddy, Stevie J, Goodes, Petrie, N Roo, Higgins, Rioli (Mzungu, McKernan, Cam Richardson)

I could trade Shaw to Fisher and Stanton to Ablett / Pendles this week. No point getting them next week as it's a bye week, but I expect their prices will move up after the bye round. Could get me over the line against tough competition this week.

Ablet would be better than Pendles from a price point of view, and Pendles has a chance of being rested for finals at some point. I would say both their outputs will be similar, so Ablett for sure.

In terms of when to trade Ablett and Fisher, If you feel you need them this week to win your league match then bring them in, otherwise wait another 2 weeks on ablett and 1 week on Fisher. You will probably save about 70-80k in doing so.
