Grover has been great this year and I think could easily go 1 more year.  That would be great and allow Faulks some time to develop.  He has been injured for about half the season so he hasnt had much chance to work on his tank and his bulk.  Another year in the gym would be great for Faulks development to take over from Grover. 

Silvagni is a rock in defense and Harves has said a few times this year he really wants McPharlin/Grover/Silvagni in the same team
