Forward upgrade advice

This week I need to make 2 changes to my side to strengthen my forward line. Knights has had his time and since not named I am thinking of downgrading him to Calinan to free up some cash..... Getting Calinan in for him will allow me to sub Isaac Smith in from the centre into the forward line, havent been able to do so as yet as my only mpps in the forward line are Sylvia and Pavlich.

Once I do this I am upgrading Matera to ROK or Goodes. What are peoples thoughts on this and who should I select. Once the 2 trades are completed my team will be full with Rioli still injured and to come back. It will leave me with 6 trades and $200000 going into the finals....
