Who would you choose to go in my backline: Luke Hodge or Sam Gilbert?

I have been impressed with Gilbert (ave 96, $410,000 BE 100), had six scores out of eleven over 100. Hodge (ave 84, $430,000, BE 80) has had 2 out 9 over 100.

I know Hodge has huge potential but not sure if his role is working for him this year.

My backline is: Goddard, Newman, Gilbee, Chornes, Lockyer, Broughten, Grima, Hurley and Malceski.

I want to trade Malceski out and was thinking of either Gilbert or Hodge. In two weeks I will upgrade one of the others to Drummond (definite trade for me).

I have 6 trades and $655,000 in the bank.

I'm going to throw a different name into the mix and say Xavier Ellis.
At 414k, he will average 95+ for the remainder of the season.

Could be another option, thanks. Any other options as well?

Torress

bit of darkhorse as his season has been all over the show but pratt from north??  proven points scorer last year..

i traded in H.Shaw few weeks ago... is still 430k and looks to be over the back/hamstring issues

Pratt? Could be an interesting option.

I had Shaw last year and I find him very inconsistent, but he probably wont get much cheaper than he is at the moment.

What are peoples thoughts on Sam Fisher? He has been quiet the last few weeks.
