it's somewhat underrated that shane savage scored 78DT in Q3 of the Hawks v Suns game. Apart from Scott Lucas Rd. 22 2007 (this is purely assumed, i don't have the stats) has anyone scored more than that in 1 Qtr DT, and if so, what's the highest? (post year 2000)

What about lake last year? I know he was 123 at half time, but not sure about quarter by quarter scores..
