Hey guys. Just looking for some feedback on my team:

Mids: Brent Harvey, Joel Selwood, Daniel Kerr, Ben Cousins, Paul Hasleby, Daniel Rich (Mark Coughlan, Jason Davenport)

Ruck: Dean Cox, Dean Brogan (Ayce Cordy, Daniel Currie)

Fwds: Jonathon Brown, Quiten Lynch, Leon Davis, Chris Tarrant, Ashley Hansen, Scott Lucas, Hayden Ballatyne (Chris Yarran, Taylor Walker)

Any comments will help. Cheers

Good to see the research has started early Les, Im assuming this is your dream team and not supercoach.  The backs positives as I see are the selections of Newman, Fisher, Cornes, Malceksi, Hunter and Petterd (interesting to see how Bailey plays him if at all but he is a BIG WATCH during pre season), big queries on Duffield who has a broken arm and is on restricted training (just happened in last week I think).  Hurley is a tall back and not sure if he is going to get game time in first season. Zomer will still take some time as he is a tall and migrating from a flourishing basketball career.
The midfield is not your most heavily invested area.  Positives are Harvey and Selwood who I think will step up again this year with some more consistent 100+ scoring.  Big question marks on Kerr (fitness, Discipline and getting no.1 tagger), Cousins fitness (maybe second half of year option), Hasleby is cheap and the risk could pay off as he knows how to find the footy but is it too early for Hasleby.  Im going to watch pre season first  2 rounds of the year before making any decisions on hasleby.  Rich is an unknown but to have him starting in your 22 is a risk as first yr player.  Your mids bench is almost the best I can see Love the Coughlan, Davenport choices, mature players who are min prices, another option there is possibly skipworth.
Rucks - None better than the No.1 Eagle big man, Brogan is definitely a good choice as well but he is on restricted training as well and I think there are other better 2nd ruck picks, I like McIntosh but only my opinion.
Currie and Cordy are excellent choices.
Fwds - Brown I think is more suited to SC on a consistent basis or even as a 2nd half of the year DT, he seems to start very slowly. Lynch, Davis very good selections.  I have big ?? on Tarrant & Hansen due to the role that the coaches (from all reports) is going to give them its unpredictable, out of the 2 of them I wld go Hansen. Lucas is almost too cheap to pass up given his pre 2008 DT seasons.  Ballantyne is injured with an arm problem and could take a while to get going but there is a spot there for him once he is able to handle the physical workload of training and recovery which by all reports he is struggling with. Yarran is a good pick however I still think there are better options than him given his price.  Danny Meyer is an interesting one to watch if you dont want  Yarran in your final team.  Taylor Walker could be the big smokey of 2009.  Burst onto the SANFL scene in 2008 and the raps on him are huge.  Can we expect a young tall forward to explode in 2009 for the crows, mmm not sure.  Better to go small fwds but Adelaide are scarce of tall fwd without Burton.  All in all pretty impressive

Yeh get rid of Hansen, if you are so keen on WC forwards then go for McKinley instead.

Don't think WC are going to be a big scoring power, so go for other teams' forwards.
