It depends really.  Are you keeping him for quality back up, or were you always going to make money from him before moving him on?  If it was to make money then now would be a good time to cash in.  Personally, I'm doing something very similar this week if all goes well.  I'll be going Darling to Callinan and D. Swallow to Selwood.
