My advice to keep your starters as starters and only downgrade your bench to upgrade to a premium. therefore this week i would possibly look at Lynch downgraded to Howe. Then you can upgrade Swallow to Ablett. Suns have no more byes so Ablett you will have every week. Swan is out for 2 weeks and Pendles next week, so it makes sense to start with your midfield.
