Am I the only supercoach player to have franklin in this year? Sure he has an injury concern, but all reports are he'll play? He's in a good side again this year, and i see him being a consistant 100+ player.

Thoughts?

i got him lol, my frame of mind is that he'll only get better, and barely anyone can stop him. plus if he learns to kick he'll be a monster in sc

Couldn't agree more. Just made the comment after looking at the 'rate my team' section and no1 seems ot have him...

I got Boomer and Lid's as 2 of my premium forwards as they get runs in the midfield and I also have Pav as my 3rd who avg 110 last year and believe is more consistent than Buddy.

Had Buddy last year but he had too many off weeks(5 games below 60 which were 59, 43, 59, 18, 38), yep stilled avg. 107 cause he also had 4 games above 150(171, 189, 162, 171). Pav had 1 game below 60 obviously not as many above 150 as his average is only just above Buddy's but prob as many above 100. So chose Pav as my genuine forward premium for his consistency then 2 mid/forward premium's

at first i wasnt really sure, but then i decided i dont wanna miss out on his monster 150+ scores this year, he should improve aswell so it wont suprise me to see him score better than volt + pav, and be more consistant

Buddy showed what he is capable of last year no doubt. He is a brilliant player and will win games off his own boot. All the more reason that opposing coaches will come up with new plays and plans to stop him.

For mine, Buddy will get too much attention this year. Clarkson will not mind if Buddy is taken out of the game by two of the oppositions best defenders as this will allow Roughead to kick more goals and be a second focus.

Make no mistake, he will still rip put the 150+ scores, but only against weaker teams.

I agree with what you said postmanpat, but its not like last year teams didn't try and shut him down, he still kicked 100goals and was a threat all year. My main concern is his injury cloud, now that he's 'apparently' learnt to kick straight those big scores will hopefully be on the cards as long as he's fit..

I have Franklin. Did have pav but decided Buddy is capable of bigger scores
