Who to downgrade?

i have about 5 players on the chopping block this week but can't decide who to choose.

my first trade is either harris, matera, libba or prestia---> Mzungu
My 2nd trade is either upgrade toy(out this week), duigan, prestia, matera (out this week) Libba, harris or gram

Libba is out this week but has been scoring well and still has a low B/E
Harris has also been scoring alright and has a B/E of 78 so i'm thinking he's getting to the top of his price.
Duigan B/E of 56 and not playing too bad but i'm lacking some firepower in the defence
Prestia B/E of 75... not likely to reach that.
Toy hasn't been in for a few weeks but still has a low B/E
Gram what the hell has happened to him?
Matera out for two weeks low B/e but isn't going to lose me cash

What to do fella's?
