Is this a bit of a sideways trade? Just the usual monday night ideas. Cotchin is sort of there but still not at the same time. And Hodge is still way under priced. Looks back to good form, averaging 115 in the last 4 weeks. Then upgrade adams to pendles after the bye.

Mids would look swan, pendles, mundy, judd, priddis, hodge

That would be an impressive midfield, I would do the trade but wait till Friday to pull the trigger just in case

Yeah I will definitely wait for Friday teams. Was going to do grimes to enright last week, after waiting a few weeks for him to bleed some money. Then wasn't named.

Waste of a trade IMO. Cotchin averaging 98 is good enough for your last mid position. You're looking at about a 10 point per game improve going to Hodge. Not enough to warrant a trade. Surely you have spots in your backs or forwards where you can trade for a better return.

Cotchin isn't anywhere near in the same league as Hodge, I think you need to be trading in the proven performers, the players who perform week in and week out especially in the midfield

Scrays

If you are happy with your team and its only fine tuning that has to be done then go ahead.

I would do the same thing as long as my team was near perfect.

I also have COTCHY and i am thinking of holding him until i have to get rid of as he should still ave 100ish for the season. I have 2 rookies still to upgrade in mids so i will be holding him and bringing in HODGE for someone else.

However JPK is a different story! He is GORNE as far as im concerned.

Yes, but it's a luxury upgrade. I'd be getting my backs and fwds sorted first and then if I could afford the trade I would swap out Cotchin. I'd love to have premiums in every position but there are just not enough trades for that. While the mids are where the most points are scored I still hold you could use a trade elsewhere for a 20+ point advantage rather than the 10 you will get going Cotch to Hodge.

agree upgrade someone else not cotch yet. he can hold M6 for a little while longer. upgrade your rookies esp if they are just sitting on your bench now - u must have a few!!

yeah like i said monday night ideas. And they don't usually happen. Will be staying on plan and keeping cotchin. Hodge was planned to come in judd's bye in finals. Then to smash gold coast in the granny. Going for league win.
